Goodbye Australia

We arrive from Cairns to a sunny sydney. Its a lot  cooler here but still hot enough for shorts. we stayed in a hostel on George street. Our room wasn't too social, we shared with a girl who just stayed in her bed all day whilst we were there.

On our first day Cj got a cheap groupon voucher for a nice lunch at a thai restaurant. The redtauarant happened to be next to all the big offices so it felt like being back in London on a lunch break. We then walked towards the harbour, we ended up browsing in a few shops on the way. One shop was an art gallery of quite a famous artist. After our artistic browse we found an irish pub and had a cider in the sun.
We decided to go and see the opera house again but see it from the bridge. The view is higher and better from up here. We walked across the iconic bridge and then walked around the harbour.

Instead of orange Wednesdays, cinemas here have tight arse tuesdays. So we watched 'Exodus' on the cheap in the evening.

Our final day in Sydney was a hot one. We were off to Bondi beach to meet Laura, Alex and Olivia. (Cj's cousin and family) We walked the 8k walk to Bondi from out hostel and when we finally arrived to the beach we went to a German pub and got steins.
After a few hours we made our way to Lush bar where Laura and crew were. Olivia is soooo cute. She has the brightest blue eyes i've ever seen.
We had a beer then walked down the promenade until the evening.

After our catch up Cj and myself got fish and chips and ate it on the beach. Its become a Sydney tradition now. So until our next Bondi fish and chips...
